Triptych - The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap

A school project. The challenge: create a 3D art piece that fits within the world of a Zelda-game. I decided to not make one, but three different artworks that form a triptych, telling a story of Link (the main character) encountering, facing off, and fighting with his enemy: a giant Octorock. This artwork is based on the game: The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap’.

I’ve designed and modeled Link as well as his enemy, and used Quixel Megascans for the foliage. Lighting, texturing and rendering was all done in Blender.
